In West Lebanon, New Hampshire, CEPS operates plastic injection molding presses from 40 to 176 tons. The New Hampshire Facility also houses tool-making and secondary operations and a clean area for fabrication and build-up of value-added, mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.

Malaysia
In Johor Bahru, Malaysia, CEPS' joint venture partner has 38 presses, ranging from 25-350 tons. This partner has excellent project management skills and, working closely with CEPS, has successfully transferred over 20 molds from CEPS for production and delivery of parts to a CEPS customer in Singapore.

This partner has a core competency in manufacturing high-precision gears for the computer printing, cash register and automated teller machine markets.

China
In Shenzhen, China, CEPS' joint venture partner has 62 presses, ranging from 40-360 tons. This partner utilizes the state-of-the-industry Moldflow^® Plastic Advisor software and provides contract engineering support, enabling CEPS to sustain engineering activity on certain projects almost 24 hours a day.

This partner also has expansive sub-assembly capabilities, as well as in-house painting, pad printing, hot-stamping, and a clean room serving the exercise and heart-rate monitoring consumer products markets.
