Formed in 1982 as 'Computerized Engineering and Prototype Services,' CEPS’ initial focus was on engineering and building aluminum prototype tools. The company expanded into injection molding in 1986 and into value added sub-assembly in 2003.

Today, CEPS is a global supplier of high precision, plastic injection molded components and sub-assemblies, with 50% of revenues from mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.

With five year sales growth averaging 17%, CEPS was recently included in Inc. Magazine's 2008 list of the USA’s 5,000 fastest growing private companies.

Headquartered in New Hampshire, CEPS has two joint venture partnerships in Malaysia and China.
