James D. Umland, President - Mr. Umland acquired CEPS in 2001 after a 20+ year career in corporate finance, global mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategic planning. During his career he has been an entrepreneur - launching a new business - and an executive working on large M&A transactions. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved with growing and positioning leadership companies and this is where his passion lies. Under his direction, CEPS has more than doubled in size while dramatically improving quality, customer satisfaction and the long term growth trajectory of CEPS. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Ellen B. Wood, VP Finance - Ms. Wood took an ownership stake in CEPS in 2001. Prior to joining CEPS, she co-founded Priority Resources, a women-owned business in Cleveland, OH that provides contract financial and accounting services to manufacturing and financial-service companies. Earlier in her career Ms. Wood worked on the floor of the NYSE, as an investment banking analyst, and on the financial reorganization team of R.H. Macy. Under her direction, CEPS has implemented state-of-the-industry IT capabilities and uses the ability to collect, monitor and analyze data to enable management to run one of the most highly productive injection molding companies in its class. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
