Engineering

Engineering is where CEPS’ offers 'Value-Added on the Front End.'

Many of CEPS’ customers turn to its engineering team for an evaluation of part design from the standpoints of manufacturability, mold flow, performance, cost reduction and optimal aesthetics.

Part design, resin selection and tool design all make a big difference in the ultimate cost and performance of the product. CEPS' product development team's Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) practices, vast materials experience, and state-of-the-industry software (SolidWorks® and Moldflow® Plastic Advisor), all help to ensure that the part will be as functional, yet as high quality and low cost as possible.

To augment CEPS’ effort to offer top-speed, high quality engineering and design assistance to customers and prospects, it can engage the support of the engineering staffs of its Asian joint venture partners. Common software enables CEPS to sustain engineering activity on certain projects 24 hours a day.
